  Full Job Description:
  Treston Security Services is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Armed Security Officers (with Active Concealed Carry Permits) to provide protection for a private event in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding to various security situations.
  Additional responsibilities for this Security Position include:
  
  • 
    
  • Monitor and secure the event grounds during assigned hours.
    
  • Provide vigilance and observation to ensure the safety and security of the property.
    
  • Respond promptly to any security breaches or emergencies.
    
  • Control access to the event, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
    
  • Maintain a detailed log of all activities and incidents.
    
  • Collaborate with event management to address any specific security needs.
    
  • Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
    
  • Prepare logs and reports as required.
    
    Qualifications:
    Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers. Additional requirements include:
    
    • 
      
    • High School Diploma or GED.
      
    • Must have guard card, or be able to obtain their Guard Card.
      
    • Must be 18 years of age.
      
    • Have a reliable means of communication and transportation.
      
    • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
      
    • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English (Bilingual in Spanish a Plus).
      
    • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
      
    • Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures.
      
    • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
      
    • Be an effective team member and demonstrate courteous telephone manners.
      
    • Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
      
    • Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.
      
    • Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
      
    • Good organizational skills.
      
    • High school or equivalent (Preferred).
      
      Licenses (Required):
      
      • 
        
      • Valid Guard Card Permit.
        
      • Concealed Carry Permit (CCW).
        
      • Personal Vehicle + Clean Driving Record.
        
        Experience:
        
        • 
          
        • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred).
          
        • Private Protection Detail Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
          
        • CCW Possession: 1 year (Minimum).
          
        • Patrol Security Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
