Most importantly, you'll gain real-life experience and explore what it's like to work as part of an organization that exemplifies people, performance and possibilities with the opportunity to demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence.Team Member of the following:As a Treasury Management Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle for top-tier clients utilizing products and services from the Treasury Management suite. Responsible for complete onboarding of relationships including new accounts and TM products, client training, and expert advisement for these priority clients on various TM products and services along with all bank products that support the client's needs. The primary focus is ensuring that they meet service level standards (customer service; turn-around time; risk management and regulatory compliance; audit soundness; and productivity and efficiency).What we are looking for: We're looking for graduating students who are not only top-performers, but who also have leadership experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate problem solvers. • College Degree from a 4 year College or University or equivalent
• Completion of an Accounting course
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
