Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Broker to lead brokerage
operations and ensure compliance across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance across multiple states and manage auditing
teams
Support and coach over 200 agents, providing guidance on
transactions
Represent the brokerage at industry events and assist in recruiting
efforts
Required Qualifications
Active real estate broker's license in California; additional
licenses preferred in other states
Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within a
brokerage
Proven experience managing 200+ agents with a focus on
compliance
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, HUD guidelines, and NAR Code
of Ethics
Membership in the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
