Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Strategist responsible for
expanding and renewing revenue through consultative selling and
excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support during the order
and delivery process
Utilize consultative sales techniques to drive product adoption and
handle objections
Prepare proposals and maintain customer notes and opportunities in
CRM systems
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or
Customer Experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office, with excellent MS Excel skills
Experience with CRM software management
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
