Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Specialist to
ensure seamless client integration into service agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize DocuSign for document management and client
communications
Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries and
ensure smooth transitions
Collaborate with business lines to develop and finalize new service
agreements
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with DocuSign is essential
Experience with Excel, including V-lookups
Administrative background with strong organizational skills
Experience in wealth management, financial services, or retirement
plans is a plus
Previous operational support experience is beneficial
