Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advanced Technical Support
Specialist to provide world-class support experiences to enterprise
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer cases and resolve critical issues with the
product
Research and replicate complex configuration or product defect
issues
Act as a mentor and create knowledge articles for the Global
Technical Support Team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical customer support
role, preferably with enterprise SaaS solutions
Experience leading major enterprise incidents and engaging multiple
teams
Ability to communicate technical information to various
stakeholders
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously
