Network Technical Operations Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Network Technical Operations Manager to lead a team of technical support staff and ensure efficient network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop Tier II/III Technical Support team members
Serve as the technical escalation point for network issues and outages
Implement training programs and procedures to enhance customer service

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Ethernet & IP networking and telecom
Proficiency in PON/GPON architecture and FTTH technologies
Experience with network diagnostic and monitoring tools
Solid understanding of Juniper, Calix, Ubiquiti, and Cambium systems
Experience with MPLS technology and routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP)
