The Nurse Supervisor of Labor and Delivery Perinatal will join an acute care prestigious hospital that is a part of financially stable and large health system in Southern California so it is able to provide the resources and security of a large hospital, but the accessibility of an intimate community organization. The Nurse Supervisor of Labor and Delivery Maternity will provide expertise to a 25-suite unit that sees high volume, including high-risk births. The Nurse Supervisor of Labor and Delivery Perinatal will be a part of a hospital that is equipped with the latest in technology and resources to ensure a smooth and safe birthing experience, including LDRP rooms, a Level II nursery, and a dedicated operating room for C-sections and complex cases. The Labor and Delivery Maternal Child Health Nurse Supervisor will report up to the Nurse Manager of Maternal Child Health and help provide leadership to a staff of around 70 employees consisting of experienced and dynamic nurses and technicians. The Perinatal Services Labor and Delivery Nurse Supervisor will also participate in hospital-wide committees dedicated to ensuring high nursing quality and performance improvement.
