Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Service Recovery Project
Manager to lead cross-functional service recovery projects during
high-impact issues and crisis events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex cross-functional teams during service
recovery and crisis events
Own the end-to-end success of projects, including investigation,
remediation, and communication
Document service recovery events and conduct post-project
evaluations for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communication, technology, healthcare, or
equivalent work experience
Six or more years of experience leading projects with a focus on
rapid resolution
Proficiency with business and communications software including
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Prior experience in gaining alignment from cross-functional senior
leaders in escalated situations
Flexibility to work extended hours during crisis events
