Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Program Management to lead a
team of Program and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for 2-3 client programs, ensuring
high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
Oversee team administration, including performance reviews,
coaching, and mentoring of team members
Shape and assess sales leads, creating and reviewing scopes of work
and estimates for projects
Required Qualifications
Experience executing strategic roadmaps that optimize customer
journeys
Experience with project management methodologies (agile, scrum) in
web development projects
Proven ability to drive profitability through estimation and scope
management
Experience managing direct reports
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal
stakeholders
