Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Email Operations Manager
to coordinate the development and launch of email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage campaign creation, including email builds and A/B tests
Oversee the implementation of email templates and workflows,
optimizing processes with cross-functional partners
Analyze campaign data to improve email effectiveness and
troubleshoot technical issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2+ years of email marketing experience
In-depth understanding of email marketing best practices and
metrics
Hands-on experience with ESP solutions such as Salesforce Marketing
Cloud or similar
2+ years of SQL experience, including writing and optimizing
queries is a plus
