Job Description:
A company is looking for a Practice Director, Healthcare
responsible for strategic planning and managing customer
engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to close business and manage
forecasting
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and oversee the
delivery of professional services
Provide leadership to Delivery Executives, Solution Architects, and
Project Managers
Required Qualifications
Business acumen with experience in corporate operations, finance,
and budgeting
Experience developing and motivating teams
Previous experience with P&L responsibilities
Professional Services experience in a leadership role within an
enterprise software company
Experience in the Healthcare industry
