Job Description:

Immediate full time position need for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator needed in the Beverly Hills. Apply you skills to a company that is virtually on the cutting edge!

Will collaborate with management, brainstorm, create and implement strategies and social initiatives for growing, nurturing and engaging the company?s social sphere of users

Drive growth of social audiences by communicating with talent to create content based on products and releases.

Continually source new and engaging talent on Youtube and Instagram.

Build and maintain a detailed contact list that can be utilized during product launches.

Build and maintain a complete content list for Instagram and Youtube, including appropriate artwork, hashtags, and copy.

Under direction of Marketing Director, monitor Social Media campaigns and consumer insight through direct interaction with consumers via online questions, customer service issues, emails etc.

Maintain a detailed content calendar in conjunction with the Art and Marketing Directors.

Identify existing and emerging social media tools needed to execute campaigns more successfully.

Constantly be abreast of emerging social media platforms and locate possible opportunities for expansion.

Understanding of or experience with the following areas: PR, promotions, ecommerce, beauty/fashion.

Coordinate and launch social contests. Thorough understanding and creating of contest rules, landing page creation, prize fulfillment etc.

Monitor social media channels, conduct product competitive analysis and inform team of any industry news and/or trends in the beauty/fashion industry that may have an impact on the company and/or industry overall.

Create and analyze analytics reports on a bi-weekly basis via Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, TweetDeck, etc.
