Call Center Travel Reservation Agents Needed Immediately

Job Description:

Well known Company has an immediate opening for Reservations Agents with a minimum of 6 months experience working in a call center within the travel industry or related industry/field.

***Must be able to work between the hours of Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. ? 6:00 p.m. and Saturday between 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

You will be responsible for answering calls and questions, entering reservations, and offering excellent customer service. Must have strong technical skills and be able to work in a team environment. Great working environment with benefits!

Required to adhere to schedule and have excellent attendance. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties for the purpose of booking reservations. Make new reservations or verify existing reservations including handling any special requests, changes or additional arrangements. Reservations are handled over the phone via host reservations system and accurate data entry. Financial data is discussed and recapped to insure accurate communication and correct data entry relative to the individual booking and travel agent agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree preferred. High School Diploma minimum. Prefer at least 6 months experience in travel industry, call center, hospitality industry or customer service environment. Must be enthusiastic, have a flexible schedule, resourceful, and friendly. Must be able to work weekends as needed. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

***Must be familiar with geography - 7 Continents and 50 States***
