Job Description:

Warehouse Team Lead...$35,000.00 annual salary. $16.82 per hour...Direct Hire...Responsible for overseeing of daily production operations, Sanitation, quality Control and maintenance throughout the facility.

Essential Funtions:

Ensures that every ingredient is up to company standards for color, texture, temperature, wieght, consistency & paperwork is filled out before the start of measuring & mixing.

Immediately informs supervisors of shortages or quality issues.

Maintains Good Housekeeping Standards by cleaning & sanitizing the machines, tables, utensils, and any contract surface, mopping, sweeping, organizing the kitchen and washing area and removing any trash.

Performs assigned dialy, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments and records immediately on the appropriate requred documentation.

Ensures all safety procedures are followed throughout the facility.

Ensures proper operation, maintenance & calibration of all machinery, including grinder, mixers, ovens and scales.

Determines whether or not to call for maintenance on a machine or equiptment.

Reports any unusual or unacceptale employee activities or production issues immediately.

Accurately completes product quality log sheets throught the process and not just at the end of the day.

Monitors quality and takes appropriate action as needed to correct any problems in a timely manner.

If management is not on-site, contracts the General Manager fo radvice or to alert management to any kind of situation requiring managements attention.

Monitors & Manages all kitchen employees and ensures all employees are being held accountable and productive.

Ensures all Daily Paperwork is complete and signed off by Supervisor before leaving for the day.

Ensures the kitchen is completely prepped for the next day's production before leaving for the day.

Additional Job Functions:

1. Performs other job related duties as required by management.

2. Maintain High Morale with the kitchen team.
