Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive individual Medicare attribution growth in partnership with
broker agencies and advisors
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to develop and
execute market-level growth strategies
Manage performance metrics and oversee tactical execution of
marketing and promotional campaigns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
3+ years in direct sales within health insurance or healthcare
provider space
Experience in high-performance, accountable cultures
Ability to inspire and motivate broker agency-advisors and clinic
team members
Strong work ethic with uncompromising honesty and integrity
