Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Proposal Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage proposal center operations, including budget and resource allocation
Oversee the entire proposal development process and ensure compliance and timely delivery
Lead and mentor a high-performing proposal team, establishing best practices and continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
12-15 years of relevant professional experience, including 7 years in Federal Government proposal management
Direct supervisory experience handling performance reviews and personnel actions
Experience implementing standard proposal processes or procedures
Fluency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
