Customer service position in inbound call center located in Ventura County. Will be answering inbound phone calls and taking messages, orders, etc.

Shift: Floater position. Must be able to work any day of the week anywhere between 5am-11pm. They do best to try to give 1 weekend day off per week

MUST, MUST, MUST be able to have a flexible schedule. They WILL work with a school schedule if they can. Ideally , if candidates goes to school during day and can work at night.

ABOUT THE POSITION

? Local Call Center that provides receptionist services to businesses nationwide.

? Our receptionists are able to provide Virtual Receptionist Service, Inbound Order taking, Emergency Response, Basic Messaging, Customer Support, and much more.

? We're continuing to develop products and services to help our clients save time, promote their businesses, and help increase their bottom line profits.

Our receptionists are responsible for answering calls, in our inbound, high volume Call Center. Key functions include but are not limited to answering calls in an accurate and timely manner, directing calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, and collecting and relaying caller information. We operate 24 hours per day, every day of the year. Give us a couple years of your time, and we'll give you a couple years of knowledge.

? We currently have over 950 customers that use our service.

? A primary requirement for this position is to remain friendly, professional, polite, and helpful.

This job requires; a) the ability to speak proper English and Spanish is a plus!

c) good organizational skills

d) typing ability at a minimum of 30 wpm
