- Answering all incoming calls in a positive & professional manner.

- Documenting messages accurately.

- Typing of all correspondence as needed.

- Ordering of all office supplies.

- Office machinery, supplies, and maintenance scheduling.

- Posting and distribution of mail.

- The accuracy and maintenance of the front desk sign in sheet for visitors

Must Haves:

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to multi-task well

- Have an outgoing and friendly personality!

- Heavy phone experience (10 to 20 lines) with at least 6-12 months related experience and/or training.
