company in the West Side area. The Executive Assistant is
responsible for supporting a team in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supporting C-level
Directors. Candidates must be able to multi-task and handle several
projects at any given time. Travel arrangements, heavy phones,
managing multiple calendars, preparing expense reports, keeping a
high level of organization and attention to detail are imperative
to this position. Excellent Communication Skills oral and written
and a positive, upbeat, can do attitude are a necessity for
