Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP Finance Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all accounting functions including financial closing
activities and reporting
Oversee internal and external financial reporting in accordance
with US and Mexico GAAP
Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with local, state,
and federal regulations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of accounting and controllership experience in financial
services or fintech
CPA accreditation or equivalent, with Big Four experience
preferred
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
Experience in high-volume transactional environments, preferably in
the Payments industry
Experience in scaling private companies or taking a company
public
