This is a Bookkeeper's real dream job! We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to share expertise which includes end-of-year company-wide activities that involve corporate accounting and internal reporting.

Ideal candidate has extensive QuickBooks experience and proven ability to:

? Complete bank reconciliations

? Ensure appropriate recording of business revenues

? Process full-cycle Payroll

? Provide accurate reporting of employee benefits

? Manage Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Chart of Accounts

? Record asset acquisitions appropriately and maintain fixed asset file/schedule/database

? Maintain vendor files

? Maintain, analyze, summarize general ledger accounts

Required Skills:

? Extensive QuickBooks experience

? A minimum of 5 years of experience

? A Degree in Accounting or related field
