Busy and steady office of 15 employees is seeking a new team member. Yes, we are looking for YOU! Immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper seeking a busy environment that has opportunity within the medical industry. If you have an eye for detail, have the ability to multi task and clear communication skills you will be successful in this stable organization. Will be responsible for:

* Processing payables and receivables,

* Data entry of payroll,

* Analyzing financial reports,

* Fuel billing

* Handling of all tax related documentations,

* Invoicing

* Any other bookkeeping tasks as needed.

As a qualified applicant, you need to be very strong in accounting, and experienced with Quick Books and Excel.
